Mid-term missionaries are often people who are at a life transition point or are taking a significant first step into long-term missions. Mid-Term projects range from 8 weeks to 2 years and should have clearly defined ministry objectives and trip outcomes.
My name is Adam Pietrantonio. I’m 26 years old, working part-time and pursuing my Master’s of Divinity. I am also volunteering at the University of Guelph with the campus ministry Power to Change. My aim is to gain ministry experience serving international students, equipping me to serve in Japan as a missionary in the next few years.
My name is Michaella Fortune. I moved to Guelph in September of 2017 to begin an internship with Power to Change – Students. In my undergrad at Queen’s University, I grew in my faith and in leadership through this campus ministry. I fell in love with their vision to see no student graduate without hearing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. I am currently doing a second internship in the head office in Guelph, working with the Creative Communications department as an illustrator and graphic designer. In this way, I am able to use my artistic abilities and skills to help create products and resources for Christian students to use across Canada. I am blessed to call Church of the City my home and I am thankful for their support! If you would like to hear more about my ministry you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
