1. If your request is granted, you are responsible for setting up and taking down the room(s) requested, as well as cleaning up after your event (this includes emptying all garbage into the bins in the cafe). 2. If you are requesting a set-up or rehearsal day there will be an additional $50 charge. 3. Groups are responsible for any and all damage done to the building, equipment, or furnishings at 75 Norfolk St incurred during the time of rental. Payment to repair or replace damaged items at current retail value will be paid to Church of the City at the earliest possible opportunity. 4. There is no alcohol permitted on the 75 Norfolk St property. Smoking and vaping are only permitted outside of the building. 5. Full payment is to be made to Church of the City no later than 1 week prior to your event.
